    Our technicians have extensive diagnostic training from both factory and in house instructors.  They are trained to find problems fast and to check all components so there are no surprises.  You see if a technician is not thorough in his diagnostic, many times they replace parts needlessly then tell you that more parts are needed.                         

    Our technicians too are trained not to waste your money... They evaluate your system each time it is in need of repair so you know weather a repair would only be a Band-Aid to a much bigger problem.   Some times an expensive repair is like buying a new saddle for a horse that's about to die.

    Replacement can seem like a dirty word..... It is associated with money, and allot of it....  But, if you allow us to come out and visit with you we can show you how a new High Efficient System is really a great investment.  Energy costs seem to be out of site, and for some, writing that monthly check really makes them cringe.  Amazingly the amount of money wasted with inefficient systems may pay for the complete investment of the new system.

    Our installation department is top notch..  Through training we have been able to construct custom Heating and Air conditioning systems that are beyond compare.  We focus on energy conservation and human comfort.  Our systems include all of PG&E's recommended high efficiency duct materials and procedure's to provide an air tight, quiet and efficient system that is far above the standard. Wouldn't it be nice to not have to crank up the volume each time your comfort system comes on, or feel drafts blowing on you???   All grills and register locations are carefully selected for best performance and appearance as well as volume dampers are provided for flow control without noise.  Do you currently have a Comfort System you are happy with??  It must not be ours....

    Wall and floor furnaces have been around for decades... Some folks like them because they can get right next to them for a quick warm up.  But these units are very dangerous and should be used with great caution.  Wall heaters have an open flame that can pose dangerous ignition situations..  Flammable debris can be dropped into floor furnaces also causing an ignition situation.  Many people wear a waffle scar on their bodies from floor and wall heaters, so please be careful and have them serviced regularly.

    Wall heaters can be installed in a wall that is not is not in a hallway, bedroom or bath.  Some models have circulating fans that will distribute the heat more evenly throughout the home.  Some models can provide heat on the opposite side of the wall their mounted on if certain conditions exist.

    Preventative maintenance for your heating and air conditioning system is something that should not be taken lightly.  Some folks thing that if they change their filter regularly and keep the weeds from growing into their unit they have done it all.  But that's not the half of it.  That would be like changing the oil on your car and never doing a tune up, rotating tires, adjusting air pressure, replacing wiper blades, front end alignment or any of the other necessary tasks that will keep your car running smoothly, without breakdown and fuel efficient.  

    Our 24 point tune up is unparalleled in the industry.  Our maintenance technicians are specifically trained to perform this complete extensive tune up.  It usually takes more than 1.5 hours to completely clean, tune, lubricate and adjust your equipment.  When they finish your system will be as close to factory fresh condition as possible.  They also look for any areas that could cause breakdown or unnecessary energy consumption that can be avoided. 

    What is Air Conveyance System Cleaning???  Unfortunately the misnomer of Air Duct Cleaning has been the common name  given to the process of cleaning the air passageways, fans, plenums, cooling coils and heat exchangers that come into contact with the air you breathe from your Heating & Air Conditioning System.   This type of cleaning is not new.  In fact, one of the oldest companies started in the early 1900's in England. Air quality has become a huge area of concern in our modern world of chemicals and air pollutants.  Many homes, schools and businesses have worsening problems due to poor maintenance and filtration.

    What can be done??  If you have not had your air conveyance system checked in the last few years, you should.  Often times we find buckets of dust and debris,  mold, bacteria, fungus, animal droppings and just about anything else you can think of contaminating the air we breathe in our homes.  The cleaning process is not that complicated, find the source  eliminate the source and clean out the contaminates.   Pretty basic.  

    But don't be fooled.  This may sound simple, but our company has been certified by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association so that you can be assured our company is properly insured, trained, honest and ethical.  Countless hours go into training an Air Quality Technician so they can recognize contaminate sources and remediate them properly.  There are thousands of company's across the nation that consider themselves "Duct Cleaners"  But BUYER BEWARE, not all companies share the training, professionalism and ethics we have.  Their only reason for offering this service is so they get rich quick, or so they think... Special training by qualified technicians is necessary to prevent sometimes even worsening situations.   Its not a cookie cutter service like cleaning carpets or washing windows.
