Project Mananager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise site work construction from start to finish. You will organize and oversee site work construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, great organizational skills and be well-versed in all site work construction methodologies in order to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.


We are a growing site work construction company licensed in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida with plenty of opportunities for career advancement.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee and direct site work construction from pre-construction planning to implementation and punch out.
  • Review project plans in-depth and uphold a standard of excellence that complies with plans, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the general contractor, engineers, clients, and project inspectors, as well as city and county officials.
  • Determine required resources (workforce, equipment, and materials) while keeping budgetary constraints in mind.
  • Plan all site work operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Coordinate and work with the onsite supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance and expectations.
  • Review the work progress daily.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status/update schedule accordingly.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.


Requirements


  • Proven working experience in site work construction project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of site work construction management processes, drawings/submittals, relevant jobsite rules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Trimble GPS is preferred.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Willing to travel.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Multi-family experience is a plus.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Pay is negotiable based on experience.


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $78,535.00 - $84,598.00 per year

Experience:


  • 1 year of either Site Work, Earth Work or Civil Construction project management: (Preferred)
