The Barnett Family has been providing Home Services and Construction in the area for over 45 years. The company is family operated and has a flair for "Wowing" our customers with outstanding customer service and rare outstanding quality. The Barnett family is very concerned with not only the comfort of their customers, but in helping them to save energy in their homes at the same time.
Barnett's has been located in the same place for over 40 years on Roselle Avenue in Modesto until recently. We have relocated to Riverbank to a more modern facility to suit our needs better. We employ a team of over 30 expert customer service performers at your beck and call 24 hours a day. We have found that technical training, although necessary, is not enough to meet our customers needs. We spend time each week working with our team ways to give our customers unmatched care.
Stacy, our Dispatcher, is usually in by 7:00 AM scheduling customer service calls and preparing for the Technicians to arrive, so they can get right out to our valued customers.
Stacy also takes the lead with our very nice customer service representatives. Stacy and her team will endeavor to arrange for one of our professional technicians to service you at the earliest time possible, arrange for a free estimate or schedule an appointment for a consultation.
Gail is our Office Team Leader. She arrives at 8:00 keeping our customer service reps on the cutting edge and overseeing accounting, dispatch and company operations.
Stacy stays until 5PM or so when we turn on our 24 hour "EMERGENCY SERVICE HOT LINE". If you are in need of Emergency Service call any of our published numbers and you will hear instructions on what to do.
One of our technicians should receive your phone number or message within a few minutes and will call you back or forward it to the Technician on call. If you don't receive a call back for a while, it may be that we're already out helping someone and we will call soon. If you have not heard from someone after 30 minutes, please call again.
When you call the HOT LINE for emergency service, unfortunately you may not get same day service unless you are on our "BPC" Preventative Maintenance Program. You see we are committed to our regular customers who understand the importance of keeping their comfort systems in top shape. Without routine maintenance, Heating & Air conditioning systems can wear out and die at an early age. When a Heating or Air Conditioning unit breaks down and has not been maintained properly, the repair can become quite lengthy due to the clean up work that will be necessary. We will be happy to service you, but we do reserve a predetermined amount of time slots for our "BPC" customers. If were out stuck cleaning up a neglected unit, we wouldn't be able to fulfill our promise to them. We appreciate your patience in this matter and Guarantee we will provide you and your family "Service Beyond Expectations" as soon as we can. I know this seems to be the most important thing customers want to know before they choose a service company.. Be assured our fee's are quite modest for the services we provide, we believe you will be amazed at the value you will receive.
Most Heating and Air conditioning companies have a hourly fee they expect to charge whether a task takes one hour or ten even if they can't fix your system.. Typically those companies hire Technicians that lack experience and pay them less per hour than one of our seasoned, qualified professional technicians. This actually works to their benefit because the longer it takes, and the more parts they put into your equipment trying to figure it out, the more money they can charge you.
If you check around you will find that most service providers, such as your Automotive repair center, give you a complete repair cost before they begin the work so you know right up front what to expect and prevent budget bankruptcy.
That is our philosophy too. We have a modest diagnostic fee where our Technician will spend up to 1-hour checking out your entire system to provide a complete repair cost and any safety recommendations. You see, Seasoned, Qualified Technicians can diagnose problems quickly and completely saving you time and money instead of becoming an expensive house guest.
All of our employees are required to submit to hair follicle substance abuse testing (the most accurate technology) and are required to be professional in every way. We guarantee you will be more than satisfied with our people, workmanship or we will refund your entire investment for up to one year. Repairs performed as recommended by our Technicians carry a Three Year Guarantee.
